Video Problems

Select from one of the options below.

1. Video plays but playback pauses or stutters.

Your internet connection may not be working properly. It may not be the proper recommended size of 5 mb. Also, there could be too many people sharing your internet connection.

2. I see a black window but no words or player controls.

Your web browser might be outdated. We suggest using the Google Chrome web browser.

We do not support Internet Explorer 8 or 9 which mostly run on Windows 7 - you will need to install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

Also, you might want to try installing or updating your Adobe Flash Player .

3. I have Windows 7 and IE 8 or IE 9

IE8 and IE9 are no longer supported by Microsoft, make up a tiny fraction of our traffic, and are therefore no longer actively supported.

IE's compatibility mode is not supported

You can install Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox on Windows 7 to get our video to playback.

4. I see a video player but have an error message.

Your company might have a content filter or firewall that is blocking the video from playing. Contact your IT person and ask them to whitelist adminmonitor.com, brightcove.com, and brightcove.net domains.

5. If you are still having problems

Please start a chat/helpdesk ticket in the bottom right hand of the web browser by clicking the "Leave A Message" or "Help & Feedback" Button.

Please state the the problem or message you are experiencing.
